William Aaron Smith, 78, passed away on Sunday, September 4, 2022 at his home.  He was preceded in death by his parents, Faison Smith and Susie Grady Smith.  Aaron was a lifelong farmer; a founding member of the Albertson Volunteer Fire Department and enjoyed fishing especially at the Outer Banks in his spare time.

Aaron is survived by his wife, Olivia Smith; son, Aaron Todd Smith and wife Shonna; daughter, Jennifer Smith Price and husband Michael; brother, Faison Delano “Buddy Boy” Smith; sister, Lou Gene Hemphill; and grandchildren, Garrett Smith, Bailey Smith, Tyler Price and Lindsey Price.

Visitation will be held from 2:00 p.m. until 3:00 p.m. on Wednesday, September 7, 2022 at Pink Hill Funeral Home.  Funeral service will be held at 3:00 following the visitation.  Burial will follow at Oak Ridge Memorial Park in Pink Hill.
