William Dixon “Bill” Richardson, 76, passed away on Tuesday, July 6, 2021 at Vidant Medical Center in Greenville. After retiring from Fedex Freight, he spent most of his time wood working, building wooden furniture. He was preceded in death by his son, William Dixon Richardson, Jr.

Bill is survived by his wife, Jennifer Moody Richardson; son, Chad Richardson; step-son, Lee Malpass; daughter, Traci Gucciardo; brother, Bob Richardson and wife Brenda; grandchildren, Lindsey, Ashley, Alex and Zaine.

Funeral service will be held at 1:00 p.m. on Friday, July 9, 2021 at Pink Hill Funeral Home with visitation following. Interment will be held at 10:00 a.m. on Monday, July 12, 2021 at Eastern Carolina State Veterans Cemetery in Goldsboro.
