Tyler Allen Koonce (29) passed away Wednesday, July 22, 2026 at his home. He is preceded in death by his father, Gary Koonce, Sr. and his grandfather, Leo Koonce, Sr.
Tyler is survived by his wife, Madison Koonce and two children, Anthony Koonce and Alora Koonce. His mother, Diana Farrow and stepfather, MacArthur Farrow, Jr., paternal grandmother, Berlin Koonce and maternal grandmother Diane Templeton. His brother, Gary Koonce, Jr. (Allyce) and sister, Vanessa Halfter Hunter (Leon), Stepsister, Kadysha Farrow, father and mother in-law Chris and Tina Beddard, brothers in-law, Christopher Beddard (Charley) and Austin Beddard, and Logan Beddard, nephews, Adonis, Gavin, LJ, Christopher III, and Lucas, nieces, Isabells, Sofia, Ki'yah, Ja'lani, Aubree, Addisen, Harper and Leah, alone with a host of aunts, uncles, cousins and friends.
After graduating from Jones Senior High School, Tyler went on to be a brick mason and a welder. He had a passion for masonry and welding. In his spare time he liked to fish and also took an interest in golf. Tyler has left a hole in the lives of all who knew him.
The family sincerely appreciates every prayer, kind word and expression of sympathy shared during this time of grief.
