Shelton Ray “Jughead” Hardy, Sr.

Shelton Ray “Jughead” Hardy, Sr., 70, of Albertson, passed away on Tuesday, June 23, 2020, at his home

Jughead is survived by his wife, Renée Hardy; son, Shelton Ray “Porky” Hardy, Jr. and wife Misty; 2 step-grandchildren, Channa Guy and Jayla Guy.

Jughead was known for his love of music, especially playing the drums. He was also well-known in eastern North Carolina as the Crop Duster.

A Memorial Service was held at 11:00 a.m. on Saturday, July 18, 2020 at his home.
