Ruth Hines

Ruth Hines, 93, of Deep Run, passed away on Thursday, December 15, 2022 at her home.  She was preceded in death by her husband, Joel Hines. 

Ruth is survived by her daughters, Roberta Hines Benton of the home, Tina Johnson (Robert) of Asheville and Patricia Turner (Lynn) of Kinston; 5 grandchildren; 8 great-grandchildren and 3 great-great grandchildren.  Ruth was a member of Gray Branch Free Will Baptist Church for many years.  She also leaves behind a host of beloved friends and fellow believers.

A graveside service will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Sunday, December 18, 2022 at Gray Branch Free will Baptist Church Cemetery.
