Phyllis Houston Leonard, 71, of Pink Hill, passed away on Monday, March 15, 2021 at Vidant Duplin.  She was preceded in death by her parents, Julian and Louvene Houston; one brother and one sister.

Phyllis is survived by her husband, Johnny D. Leonard; son, Jason Scott Thigpen (Jane); daughter Tracy Lynn Matthis (Patrick); brothers, Bobby Dean Houston and Laverne Houston; sister, Denise Houston Fernandez; and 3 grandchildren.

There will be a floating visitation from 12:00 until 1:00 on Saturday, March 20, 2021 at Pink Hill Funeral Home.  It is requested that social distancing be practiced and masks worn.  A Memorial Service for family will follow the visitation.
