Patsy Ruth Turner

Patsy Ruth Turner, 80, of Pink Hill, passed away at UNC Lenoir on Wednesday, June 5, 2024.  She was a member of Whaley’s Chapel Free Will Baptist Church.  Patsy was preceded in death by her parents, Arthur and Ruth Turner; sister, Betty F. Turner; and brother A.W. Turner Jr.

Patsy is survived by her sisters, Margaret Turner Whitfield and Glenda Kaye Turner and friend Rodney James; sister-in-law, Shirley Turner; nieces, Ellen Whitfield Lancaster and husband Tony; Susan Stilley Whitfield and Whitney Turner; nephews, Robbie Whitfield and wife Kimberly, William Turner and wife Angie; great-nieces, Courtney and Elizabeth Whitfield, Cassidy Jacoby and Paige Lancaster; and great-nephews, Cameron and Christian Turner.

A graveside service will be held at 1:00 p.m. on Saturday, June 8, 2024 with Rev. Jimmy Sowers officiating and Russell Turner speaking, at Oak Ridge Memorial Park in Pink Hill.
