Leigh Ann Honeycutt Smith 1957-2025 of Seven Springs passed away peacefully at home. She was a wonderful mother, wife and friend. She loved her family, friends and her job. She never wanted to retire. She always planned to work until the end, and she did. She was an RN Supervisor at Interim Healthcare for 19 years. She loved going to the beach and out on Saturday nights. She always said, "One day I might not be able too, so I'm going to have fun while I can." She loved talking on the phone. It was a joke that if a stranger called her, she would still find something in common to talk to them about. She loved repeating stories of her life. She will be greatly missed.
She is survived by her husband, Ray Smith; daughter, Lindsay Rouse and husband Chancey Rouse, son, Jason Smith and girlfriend Lisa Boothe; granddaughter, Holland Rouse and boyfriend Joseph Ives; grand-son, Nicolas Smith; and great-granddaughter, -Payton Ives and mother-in-law.
The family would like to thank Morgan Carter, Dr.Kamboj, Adrian Morse and her more than a fair-weather friend Renee Manning for all of their unwavering support.
She was preceded in death by her grandparents, Snooks Honeycutt and Hannah Taylor and her parents, Jimmie and Ann Honeycutt.
A memorial service will be held at Pink Hill Funeral Home on Saturday July 12,2025 at 4p.m.
