George Edward Weeks III

George Edward Weeks passed to his heavenly home on Saturday Oct. 26,2024 after a long physical battle. He was preceded in death by his wife Mary Griffin Weeks and his Father and Mother George Junior and Emma Weeks; sister Rosie Barts, brother David Weeks. He is survived by sisters Ann Oliver, Betsy Edwards, Dianne Weeks, Mary Rhew, Martha Scott and brother Danny Weeks. He is also survived by three daughters; Penny Roberson, Ginger Weeks, Gina Honeycutt and four grandchildren. George was a hard working man who gave his all.Through his life he worked in tree trimming, floor covering, mechanicing and retired after many years with a hog farm. He was creative, fun loving and humorous. He was a simple man who loved the Lord. Visitation will be at 2:00 p.m. and service at 3:00 p.m. on Sun. Nov 3 at Pink Hill Funeral Home chapel. Internment following after.
