Charles Fredrick Murphy

Charles Fredrick Murphy,77, passed away on Thursday, January 16, 2025 at Harmony Hall in Kinston.  He was preceded in death by his parents, Gretchen T. Murphy and Ernest N. Murphy Sr.; sister, Elizabeth Ann Harper and brother, Ernest N. “Pee Wee” Murphy Jr.

Charles is survived by his son, Thomas Ashley Murphy (Jasmien); brother, Cecil Murphy (Pat); sister, Carol Chandler (Roy); grandchildren, Caliyah Gabrielle Murphy and Thomas Eli Murphy; and many nieces and nephews.

A graveside service will be held at 2;00 p.m. on Tuesday, January 21, 2025 at Pinelawn Memorial Park in Kinston.
