Brenda Kay (Roberson) Lee

Brenda Kay Roberson Lee, age 71, passed away peacefully at her home on Monday, February 21, 2022. She was preceded in death by her parents, Leonard and Lucille Roberson; a brother, Kenneth Wayne Roberson; a sister, Belle Roberson Head; and special aunt, Shirley Fay Sermons Moore.

Brenda was an active member of Gray Branch Church and an advocate for Parkinson’s research and development.

Brenda leaves many to cherish her memory including her husband, Ronnie, of the home; son Greg and wife Taylor of Clayton, son Kevin of the home; daughter Allison Whitfield and husband, Josh, of Deep Run; and daughter Kerri and husband, Anthony of LaGrange. She is also survived by her seven grandchildren whom she loved dearly; Jack and Abby Whitfield; Rhett, Ivy Claire, and Piper Stroud; and Easton and Sawyer Lee.

A mother of four but “Ma” to many, she will also be fondly remembered by the many children who were blessed to call her “Ma” or “Mrs. Brenda” while in her care.

Brenda is also survived by several brothers and sisters.

A celebration of life followed by visitation will be held at Pink Hill Funeral Home on Wednesday, February 23, 2022 at 6:00 with Rev. Ray Brown and Rev. Dr. Josh Whitfield officiating. A graveside service will be held Thursday, February 24, 2022 at 11:00 at Gray Branch Church.
