Betty Carol (Katen) Gainus

Betty Carol Katen Gainus, 80, went to be with her Heavenly Father on Thursday, May 23, 2024.  She was preceded in death by her husband, Morris Gainus and son, Terry Gainus.

Betty was a faithful member of Word of Faith Church; she was a lover of all animals and most importantly she believed in helping others.

She was survived by several nieces and nephews and many wonderful friends.

Visitation will be held from 1-2 p.m. on Saturday, June 1, 2024 at Pink Hill Funeral Home with the funeral service following at 2:00 p.m.   The burial will follow at the Grady Cemetery in Mount Olive.

Betty was truly the hands and feet of God.
