Walter Franklin Holland, 80, of Faison passed away at his brother’s home Saturday, May 4, 2019. He is preceded in death by a grandson, Steven Holland and a brother, Pete Holland.
Funeral services will be conducted Tuesday, May 7, 2019 at 7:00 p.m. from the Pink Hill Funeral Home with the family receiving friends after the services. Interment will be Wednesday, May 8, 2019 at 1:00 p.m. at the Pinkney Tyndall Cemetery, Deep Run.
Walter is survived by two daughters, Jewel Whaley & husband Dennis and Rose Gregory and husband John; brother Paul Holland and wife Pat; three sisters, Carolyn Harper, Ruby Tucker, and Judy Hardison; three step-children, Ruth Ann Alphin and husband Ronnie, Becky Pope and husband Johnny, Jimmy Tucker; three grand children, Megan Gregory, Janet Ray Holloman, and Jan Brock; five step-grandchildren and 7 step-great-grandchildren; twelve nieces and nephews.
