Edgar Marion Murphy, Jr. of Albertson died on Tuesday, October 26, 2010 at his home. There will be a Memorial Service held at 3:00 p.m., Sunday, October 31, 2010, at the chapel of Pink Hill Funeral Home. He is survived by sons, Michael Edgar Murphy of St. Petersburg, Florida and Richard Murphy of Clayton; daughter, Gilda Schooler of Raleigh; sisters, Helen Matthews of Warsaw and Barbara Lynn Murphy of Pink Hill; brothers, Thomas David Murphy of Metarie, Louisiana, Freeman Wallace Murphy of Albertson, and Kenneth Carr Murphy of Mississippi.

Service Information

A Memorial Service was held at 3:00 p.m., Sunday, October 31, 2010 at Pink Hill Funeral Home.
