Carl Dean Baker, 80, of Pink Hill passed away on Friday, May 18, 2018.

Carl Dean served as a Deacon at Piney Grove PFWB Church and Cabin Missionary Baptist.  He was also a member of the Grape Growers Association. 

He was preceded in death by his son, Sam Baker and brother, Earl Baker.

He is survived by his wife, Lillie Matthews Baker; son, Joe Baker and wife, Charlotte; daughter-in-law, Suzie Price Baker; daughters, Linda Jones and husband Todd, Pam Rhodes and husband Frederick; grandchildren, Scottie Summerlin, Dawn Baker, Jason Baker, Josh Baker, Garrett Jones, Cole Baker, Cale Baker, Matthew Rhodes; 11 great-grandchildren; brothers, Doug Brinson, Randy Brinson, and James Arthur Brinson; sisters, Faye Hanchey and Kay Brinson; sisters-in-law, Alma Matthews and Louise Raynor.

Visitation will be held from 6:00 p.m. until 9:00 p.m. on Tuesday, May 22, 2018 at Pink Hill Funeral Home.  Funeral Service will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Wednesday, May 23, 2018 at Pink Hill Funeral Home with burial following at the Baker Cemetery in Pink Hill.
